Chaahat is the tale of power, cash, wealth, and love.

Roop (Shahrukh Khan) and his father Shambhu Rathod (Anupam Kher) are people singers who make their dwelling interesting for travelers at Jaipur hotels. Roop comes to Mumbai for his father’s remedy in which he meets Reshma (Ramya), the sister of Ajay Narayan (Naseeruddin Shah) who’s the proprietor of a large hotel. Roop takes up a singing job in wealthy businessman Ajay Narang’s hotel. He additionally meets a woman whose call he would not understand and calls her Zindagi Ji (Pooja Bhatt) as she had stored his lifestyle one day. Reshma is in deep love with Roop.

Roop loves Pooja, however, while Reshma threatens to kill herself, Roop has the same opinion to marry her.

Ajay Narang will do any element to make his sister happy. While Zindagi will do something to make Roop happy. But Roop wishes for cash to get his father handled and Ajay Narang is the best one that can assist him. Back home, Roop is in love with a doctor named Pooja. In light of this, Reshma informs Ajay, who is willing to go to any length to ensure Roop’s happiness. This was the end.
